Interviews Begin This Week for Associate Vice Chancellor for Research
Candidates for the position of associate vice chancellor for research–research development will be on campus. As part of the campus visit, each candidate will hold a public forum and respond to questions following the presentation.
Proposal, award numbers up, dollar totals lag in 2nd quarter
Half way through Fiscal Year 2014, UT Knoxville researchers have increased the number of proposals they have submitted to 768, a 3-percent increase over the same period in FY 2013; and the number they have won has risen to 729, a 5-percent increase; but the award totals in dollars are at $84.8 million, down 14 percent from last fiscal year.
